Accessibility
Metrico should be usable without relying on one input method or one way of seeing the interface.
We aim to make Metrico's public website and authenticated product usable with keyboard navigation, assistive technology, readable contrast, semantic structure, and responsive layouts. Accessibility is an ongoing product requirement rather than a one-time certification claim.

Our approach
Metrico's frontend uses semantic headings, labelled navigation, visible focus behavior, keyboard-operable controls, text alternatives where images convey information, and responsive layouts intended to remain usable across common viewport sizes and zoom levels.
Dynamic product surfaces
Charts, complex tables, timelines, drag-style interactions, and third-party embedded experiences can require additional accessible representations or keyboard behavior. New product work should be reviewed for focus order, labels, state announcements, contrast, and non-pointer access before it is considered complete.
Third-party services
Metrico can link to or authorize third-party systems such as Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, billing providers, and support tools. Those external interfaces are controlled by their respective providers and can have accessibility behavior outside Metrico's direct control.
Report a barrier
If you encounter a page, control, chart, form, or workflow that is difficult to use with assistive technology or keyboard navigation, use the contact page. Include the page or route, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it.
No unsupported conformance claim
This statement describes Metrico's implementation goals and feedback process. It does not claim a third-party accessibility certification or a specific WCAG conformance level unless and until the production service has completed the corresponding audit and remediation work.
