Essential cookies
Metrico uses session mechanisms that are necessary to authenticate merchants, restore signed-in sessions, protect account access, and keep the application functioning. These technologies are not used to build advertising profiles.
Analytics and measurement
The public site can be configured with a first-party analytics endpoint to understand events such as sign-up intent and navigation. Metrico does not treat an analytics provider as enabled merely because the code supports one. If a deployment introduces non-essential cookies or similar identifiers, they should be activated only in accordance with the consent requirements that apply to that visitor.
Connected platforms
When you choose to connect Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google, or another supported provider, that provider may use its own cookies or browser storage on pages it operates, including OAuth authorization pages. Those technologies are governed by the provider's own policies.
Your controls
You can use browser controls to inspect, block, or delete cookies. The embedded Shopify app authenticates with short-lived Shopify session tokens and works when third-party cookies or local storage are unavailable. Theme preferences use browser storage when available and fall back to the default theme. Where Metrico deploys optional cookie-based measurement, the site should expose the applicable consent controls before those optional technologies are used.
Retention
Session and preference lifetimes differ by purpose. Authentication sessions are limited by the session configuration of the service, while browser-cleared storage is removed when you delete it or when its configured lifetime expires.
Changes
We update this page when the categories or purposes of browser storage materially change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
